Located at Ngã 6 Phù Đổng, District 1, this Aguda café started site measurements at the close of March 2022 and was set to open its doors by the conclusion of September 2022. The establishment encompasses a Ground Floor, 1st, and 2nd Floors, decorated with an array of delicated furniture pieces. My colleague and I proceeded site measurements twice and revised the existing plan after the Designers had completed the 3D scenes.
The project posed challenges, particularly with misaligned columns, a diagonal wall, and a damp, narrow basement at the rear of the house, accompanied by a musty smell. Nevertheless, the design radiates beauty and spaciousness, characterized by soft colors that evoke a delightful ambiance.
Aguda café được xây dựng ngay Ngã 6 Phù Đổng, công trình này mình bắt đầu đi đo hiện trạng vào cuối tháng 3 năm 2022 và khai trương vào cuối tháng 9 năm 2022. Công trình gồm 1 tầng trệt và 2 tầng lầu với rất nhiều đồ nội thất bên trong. Mình và một bạn nữa đã phải đi đo hiện trạng 2 lần và vẽ lại mặt bằng hiện trạng sau khi các bạn thiết kế đã thiết kế phần 3D xong. Công trình này có một chút phức tạp do các cột không thẳng hàng, tường bị xéo, tầng hầm ở phía sau thì khá ẩm thấp và chật hẹp, bốc mùi ẩm mốc. Tuy nhiên thiết kế thì rất đẹp mắt, thoáng đãng với màu sắc nhẹ nhàng, tạo cảm giác dễ chịu cho khách hàng.
